I have just returned from the MetaPhest '99 Conference in Clearwater Florida. It was exceptional. A high level of terrific energy flowing from audience and speakers alike. People are sensing "Something BIG Is About To Happen". Thing is, there was the absence of fear and panic. It was as if we all knew we were here at this very time for a reason. A feeling of belonging and community came forward as each speaker shared their talent, insight and truth to all.

Sean David Morton was as informative as ever. Accept this time he did something I had not seen before. Sean demonstrated some of his yoga teachings and breathing exercises. In part it was a time of meditation. Thank you Sean.

Jim Berkland was once again, more informative than any scientist I know in his field. Jim's background is as a geologist - seismologist who has discovered profound methods of predicting earthquakes. Jim told us of his method in monitoring animal behavior as an effective way of predicting earthquakes. It is easy to see, that they're too, are people among us who are also tuned to earth changing events.

Mitch Battros (me), I went into the Red Cross five point protocol for disasters. This covered all the physical elements one would need. Every person received a free handout illustrating everything needed to best be prepared. Then I went into what may be of even more importance, mental and spiritual readiness. Presented a brief overview of PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder). of which many are likely to go through. I reminded the audience, "it is not you I am speaking to, it is your family and friends". Those in attendance of this event will be least likely to be affect by the sudden trauma that could occur as the earth changes escalate, however they are now better prepared to help others who may be less informed or even in denial.

As part of my time, I had Terry James give his presentation of the "New Face On Mars". People left amazed. More to come.
I also shared some data that I hope is taken seriously by NASA, who is considering using me as a mediator between NASA and the esoteric sciences. This is very exciting. Keep your fingers crossed on this one. It will change the way we look at NASA, as well as their cynical view of the world of strange (woo woo).

A full array of artist also participated in the conference. Two "Labyrinth" were set up. Wooden flutes and singing bowls. Feng Shui lessons and demonstrations. Native American sweet grass - sage ceremonies. Dancers, readers and more.
