It is insults such as the story below that continue to leave a bitter taste with those who are suspicious of NASA's agenda. This type of "thumb in your eye" reaction, will do nothing to shorten the gap between camps. What could the purpose of putting out such a ridiculous story indicate. Perhaps it is nothing more than NASA saying "okay, if you make fun of us, we will make fun of you".

There are too many legitimate questions to be answered regarding anomalies on Mars. Several scientist have come forward with great concern and legitimate data, which suggest there could indeed have been intelligent life on Mars. Dr. Tom Van Flandern  is one of them. I have had the great privilege to interview Dr. Van Flandern several times over the last three years. http://www.earthchangesTV.com/tvguests/flandern1.jpg. He and others have brought forward too many questions yet to be answered.

(CNN) First, Mars seemed to greet NASA's mapping orbiter with a smile. Now, it seems as if the red planet has sent a valentine in one of the latest pictures from the spacecraft's camera. The image, which shows what appears to be a heart-shaped pile of gray dust, actually reveals a pit formed by collapse within a straight-walled trough known as a graben. Graben are formed along fault lines by expansion of the bedrock terrain.
