The method devised by geologist James Berkland, first publicly displayed in the late 80s, combines the tracking of ocean tide dynamics, moon phases, the number of lost animals in specific areas at any given time, while also taking into consideration both local flooding and precipitation in addition to solar activity.

In rebuttal to Mr. Goodwin's self admitted "subjective conjecture" regarding his allegations, we have a long list of scientists who firmly state there is absolutely no proof whatsoever which suggest a collision between 'Comet 76P' and Mars moon "Phobos". In other words, Mr. Goodwin is unable to present us with relevant tangible proof of which he claims. However, having laid out this platform, I believe Gary Goodwin has made some very good points regarding the effect celestial orbs have on planets. Many of these same scientist who discredit Gary's hypothesis of 'Comet 76P' colliding with Mars moon "Phobos", do in fact affirm the June 4th 2000 dust storm that circled the entire planet of Mars was due to an asteroid hit.
